Twenty three members from the Gold Coast were hosted by New Zealand's Manawatu and Marlborough clubs. We were treated to two bonuses; the first was an excellent lunch prepared by the Taupo club and the second a potluck dinner provided by the Christchurch club. Seven members ended the exchange in Christchurch and the remaining sixteen enjoyed a third week in Dunedin.

The variation of the landscape of New Zealand allowed us to journey to the top of a mountain and within a short space of time enjoy rivers, lakes and beaches. Our hosts gave generously of their time to make sure we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and planned activities.
